We only collect the minimum information needed to assist community initiatives or individuals with grant funding opportunities, access to potential volunteers & networking opportunities. This includes, but is not restricted to:

Name

Email address

Organisation details

Basic information about the group or person accessing the initiative

How we use the information you provide

We only use this information to:

Process referrals to registered network members

Contact groups & individuals regards network opportunities 

We do not use the information you provide for marketing or share it with

third parties not registered within the network.

How we store & protect your data

All personal information is kept confidential & stored securely. Access to stored information is limited to only

the Rural Community Council & Hinckley & Bosworth Borough Council.

How long we keep your information

Group data is retained via a database for a 12 month period whereby contact will be made regard further retention authorisation.

Personal data regarding individuals wishing to volunteer locally is only kept for 6 months to arrange suitable placements.

For further retention contact will be made with the individual regard seeking authorisation to retain longer.

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your group or personal data at any time.
