The Crisis and Resilience Fund (CRF) continues to support Leicestershire residents experiencing a sudden financial shock. The fund can provide help towards essential costs such as food, energy, heating oil, transport and vital household items where an unexpected event has left a household struggling to meet basic needs.

Unlike previous support schemes, residents can apply directly online or by telephone throughout the year. Professional referrals are not required, although local organisations and community groups can play an important role in helping people understand the fund and gather evidence for their application.
